Control is part of the architecture

ALETHRA™ governs intelligence through enforceable identity, policy, tool, data, and release boundaries supported by attributable records and human oversight.

Prompts and policy statements alone do not grant or enforce authority. ALETHRA™ evaluates the active tenant, role, purpose, source, jurisdiction, tool, action, recipient, and approval state before execution and release. Messages, uploaded files, retrieved documents, and model outputs remain information to evaluate. They cannot independently change permissions or create a new operating mandate.

I can explain who or what is acting, for which purpose, under which authority, using which evidence, and with which release and audit controls.

ALETHA™ is the official intelligence agent operating within ALETHRA™. She is governed by ALETHRA™ authority, deployment permissions, disclosure controls, and human oversight. Text interaction is the default public path; voice or video controls are optional and user-initiated where supported. ALETHA™ does not create legal, medical, financial, regulatory, operational, or public authority and does not execute external actions without defined authorization.

Inspectable evidence

  1. Identity and authority: who or what requested the work, under which tenant, role, policy, and approval reference.
  2. Execution provenance: the workflow, model, tool, version, permitted context, and requested operation.
  3. Decision and result: allowed, denied, held, escalated, completed, or uncertain, with the available external status evidence.
  4. Release and continuity: the intended recipient, state transition, timestamps, follow-up record, and current permission state.
  5. Revocation and recovery: opt-outs, expired credentials, withdrawn authority, duplicate controls, retries, rollback, and approved fallback.

Human authority

Organizations decide which actions may run under standing authorization and which decisions remain reserved. Professional, statutory, safety-critical, financial, legal, regulatory, and high-impact outcomes remain subject to the qualified or authorized human authority required for the accepted deployment.

Data control

Data handling is defined by deployment. ALETHRA™ can enforce tenant separation, purpose limits, jurisdiction, access scope, retention, approved destinations, encryption responsibilities, and export conditions. Cross-tenant reuse is restricted by architecture and agreement. Client data rights, operational evidence, customized configurations, and export obligations are defined in the applicable contract.
